Danielle Holman is the Manager of Talent at Schmidt Futures. In this role, she develops and manages the recruiting function to identify exceptional talent for Schmidt Futures and its partners.
Prior to Schmidt Futures, she served as the Director of Admissions of the TEAK Fellowship. She developed the talent pipeline for extraordinary students from low-income backgrounds and chaired the organization’s Equity Committee. She also led a national search for youth leaders at the Making Caring Common Project and served as an admissions officer at Princeton University.
She holds an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. from Princeton University, where she concentrated in the School of Public and International Affairs and earned certificates in African American Studies and Teacher Preparation.
